As a self-proclaimed coffee aficionado with very discerning taste, I’ve been pleasantly surprised by just how great Paloma Coffee Roasters is. Christian and his team have done an excellent job honing their craft—from perfecting their roasting techniques to preparing coffee that is smooth, balanced, and flavorful no matter how you take it. They’ve worked hard to refine every step of their process, and it shows in every cup. Honestly, this might just be the best coffee in Waco, Texas!
