This natural from the Kayon Mountain farm in the Guji zone of Ethiopia comes to us from Ato Esmael and his family. They started their farm in 2012 with the goal of producing high quality coffee in a socially and environmentally responsible manner - something very close to our hearts. After being harvested by members of the local villages, this natural is dried on raised beds for 12-20 days, being hand-turned and picked over to ensure perfection. Enjoy.
